Through our network of partners, we are also able to offer you rapid prototyping. There are many different uses for rapid prototyped parts. Some of the uses include concept verification and to verify that the part will meet the desired fit, form, and function. There are many forms of rapid prototyped parts. Below, we will list what we offer.
Stereo Lithography (SLA) & Polyjet
SLA & PolyJet are our standard services. Multiple finish levels are possible. Delivery is usually 1 to 3 days depending on the size and number of parts required.
Very large parts or large quantity's of parts may require a longer lead time.
Selective Laser Sintering (SLS)
SLS prototypes are typically delivered 2 to 3 days after the receipt of the CAD model.
Very large parts or large quantity's of parts may require a longer lead time.
Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM)
Standard FDM services are typically delivered in 2 to 4 days depending on the size and quantity of parts.
Very large parts or large quantity's of parts may require a longer lead time.
Urethane Casting
The typical lead time for the first cast part after approval of the SLA pattern is 4 to 6 days.
Injection Molding
The typical lead time for the first article parts is 3 to 4 weeks depending on the part geometry.
Plaster Castings
The typical lead time for the first casting of first article parts is 3 weeks.
Rapid Investment Castings
The typical lead time for the first casting is 11 to 16 days. Depending on casting size, multiple parts can be delivered in the same time.
